Downtown Cedar Rapids closings spark Skogman planned office
Two downtown Cedar Rapids businesses Albert Auto Service and Sub City will close after Skogman Realty bought out their leases. Sub City will shut Friday at 421 First Ave SE. Albert Auto Service must vacate by March 1 with signs showing Feb 16 close. Skogman plans a new three story 40,000 square foot office.

They need new or gently used pillows, pillow cases, toilet paper, towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, disposable cups, and monetary donations.
