Cedar Rapids Man To Stand Trial On Attempted Murder Charges
Joseph Pham 42 of Cedar Rapids is deemed competent to stand trial April 1 in Linn County District Court. He faces three counts of attempted murder and one count of intimidation with a dangerous weapon for firing on Brian Wilson his daughter Jayde Wilson and Tracy Moses in June at Moses home. Wilson was seriously wounded as Pham’s family reports long running Vietnamese harassment from Moses ex husband and Brian Wilson.
