Two Cedar Rapids men, Donald Roloff and Theodore Grapes, were charged with entering the New Vienna Savings Bank with intent to rob after a $1,660 holdup Thursday afternoon. Bond set at $25,000 each. Grapes and Roloff arrested within 90 minutes by Eastern Iowa officers. Grapes sought a preliminary hearing. Roloff waived. The men hid in a nearby building to divide the loot.
