Four killed in I-80 crash near West Branch Iowa
A four vehicle crash on I-80 near West Branch killed Jon Richardson and his 11-year-old son Raymond. Richardson 52 and Raymond died from injuries, wife Jacinta Hart 49 and daughter Elizabeth 12 were hurt. The semi driver Vasil Kostencev 25 fled the scene after rear ending the Richardson minivan.

Police officers plead guilty to off duty deer poaching

Woman robbed of $800 for child's kidney surgery

Probation check uncovers meth and burglary charges
Deputies tracing a probation violator at a Hedrick residence found items to make methamphetamine in a closet. They also recovered burglary items from nearby break-ins.
