Gaiety Keynote at South Side Dinner in Cedar Rapids
North and south side business leaders gathered for the sixteenth annual South Side Commercial club dinner in Cedar Rapids. Music and humor framed brief speeches, with a live rabbit prize after the hunting-team contest. Notables from city government and local firms toasted civic life as the program featured acts by local entertainers and Lt. Colonel Robins and Carl Heinen accompanied by a theater orchestra.
