Federal sentencing starts this week for Ramona Cunningham the former CEO of the Central Iowa Employment and Training Consortium and other leaders who misspent more than 1.5 million dollars in funds from 2003 to 2006. Rockwell couple fined for permit violation at beef operation
A Rockwell pair, Tommy and Debra Weaver, were fined 5000 by the Iowa Department of Natural Resources for a construction permit violation at a 1000 head beef confinement facility built in 2007. The penalty includes 2000 for no engineer on site and 1500 for violation gravity plus 1500 for culpability. They must submit an as built application and secure an as built permit.
