Corn Loan Supplies Now Available In Every Iowa County

Iowa's forty million dollar corn loan program has supplies in every county and is nearing full speed. Assistant Secretary H C Aaberg estimates loans at about two thousand daily, with farmers receiving between five hundred thousand and eight hundred thousand dollars daily from federal AAA funds. State leaders report progress in county sign up, while rulings on administration are to be released by Corn Hog Administrator A Black. Des Moines officials offer swine and corn production figures via the Crop Reporting Service, expanded through a CWA grant, to individual producers only. Secretary Ray Murray notes efforts to minimize errors in contracts through better sealers and forms, addressing common questions from farmers.
