Over-Max Pay Keeps Iowa U Personnel Despite Caps
The Gazette reports about 230 P&S staff in 2011 earned salaries above the official maxima, with some still receiving raises via commendable or distinguished reviews. At UI Hospitals and Clinics Amy O Deen and Karen Butler exceed caps, while the Athletics Department accounts for a large portion of over max pay, including Gene Taylor and Paul Federici.
