Murder trial ordered for Kevorkian in Michigan case
Dr. Jack Kevorkian, 70, was ordered to stand trial on murder charges after a preliminary hearing tied to a video he supplied that appears to show him administering a lethal injection. He also faces charges of assisted death by own action and delivering a controlled substance. The first degree murder charge carries a life sentence.
