Commission orders refund plan for IE rate case
Iowa Commerce Commission orders Iowa Electric Light and Power Co to propose a plan within 30 days to refund about 500000 to natural gas customers who paid under a terminated rate case. IE plans to appeal the dismissal and seek to continue interim rates during the appeal.
