Iowa Schools to Get Over 60 Million in Microsoft Settlement

Des Moines Iowa public schools will receive more than 60 million dollars from a 179.95 million class-action settlement with Microsoft Corp Gov Chet Culver announced The program directs about half of unclaimed funds to Iowa schools and about 75 percent of the states schools will be eligible to participate Vouchers for software and hardware will be issued ranging from 1000 to 450000 with redemption by August 16 2013.
