University of Iowa plans alcohol harm reduction program
The University of Iowa launches an Alcohol Harm Reduction Plan aiming to cut high risk drinking by reducing the share of students who engage in it from 70 to 55 percent and lowering average drinks per occasion from 7.43 to 4. It also targets a drop in students drinking 10 or more days monthly from 34 to 20 percent.
