New Jersey teachers freed after ending nine day strike
Nearly 230 Middletown Township teachers were released from Monmouth County Jail after agreeing to end a nine day walkout. Judge Fish er ordered jail terms for those who defied a back to work order. Mediation will decide the dispute with the Board of Education as teachers return to class next week.
