Proper fuse might have saved family
Fire officials say a 30 amp fuse overloaded a circuit should have been protected by a 15 amp fuse in the Riecks home. The blaze killed three of four family members in Council Bluffs, with a 15 amp fuse likely preventing the tragedy.
