Washington Post reports Pat Tillman died last April not by Afghan guerrillas but from friendly fire. The Army corrected the record a month later and Lt Gen Kensinger offered limited specifics, noting Tillman likely died while suppressing enemy fire.
Dubuque senior Eric Hemesath attends Coe College with annual assistance of 3600 from the Legislature’s Iowa Tuition Grant program. The program helps private schools draw state funding while public university budgets faced cuts of 164 million over five years.
