Coralville sets groundbreaking for Iowa River Landing housing project

Coralville officials and Watts Group will break ground at Ninth Street and Second Avenue for a $15 million development adding 77 residential units and 16,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The two buildings include 13 condo units and 64 luxury condos with underground parking, slated for completion in spring 2016.
