Part of float falls on bay downtown parade halted
In Cedar Rapids the Holiday DeLight Parade was halted after part of a float tipped and a door struck a boy about 4 or 5. Firefighters stabilized and removed the float as police investigate. The parade resumed after a 20 to 25 minute delay.
