Federal investigators have released a preliminary NTSB report on the July crash near Nashua that killed Eleazar Villafranca Jr. The 36 year old Texas father sprayed a Nashua area field in a Bell 206 B3 when power lines obscured by a hill and tree line allegedly became a hazard. The investigation notes wire strike cutters showed signs of line contact and the official cause will be stated in a future report.
