Charlton was a skilled sign painter in Florida and Cedar Rapids and loved live music and sailing. Born July 10 1952 in Cedar Rapids he attended Kennedy High School and Kirkwood Community College. Ervine A Wagner 92 of Cedar Rapids died August 28 2010 at Mercy Medical Center. Services September 9 2010 at St Patrick Catholic Church with burial at Mount Calvary Cemetery with military honors. She worked 20 years as a house keeper at Simpson Memorial Home in West Liberty and enjoyed gardening cooking and her Allis Chalmers tractor life on the farm with family.
