Florida woman dies in Highway 30 crash near Toledo
Mylene M. Thomas, 63, of Lakeland, Florida, died Monday when her car was pinned between two semis in a construction zone on eastbound Highway 30 five miles west of Toledo. Richard Rubenbauer, 42, and Ivan Allen, 68, were not injured. Thomas wore a shoulder belt but no lap belt.
