Senator Charles W Waterman Republican of Colorado died in his Washington hotel at 1 45 am after a long illness. The 70 year old former Denver railroad attorney left a senate seat won in 1926 for six years and chaired the enrolled bills committee. Waterman born Waitsfield Vermont November 1861 studied Vermont and Michigan and married Anna R Cook in 1890.
