Inmates design jail spaces for restorative justice
In San Francisco County Jail No 5 a four day workshop led by architect Deanna Van Buren and Barb Toews has inmates sketch 3 D models of restorative justice rooms. Participants like Anthony Pratt and Lamar Paschall imagine skylights, healing centers, and sun motifs while discussing how space can aid accountability and healing.
