Giant Grant Wood stained-glass window arrives in Davenport for restoration
The 25-foot tall window created by Iowa artist Grant Wood, valued at 3 million dollars, has arrived in Davenport after a 10 day move from Cedar Rapids. Glass Heritage, awarded about 150000 dollars to restore the piece damaged by last year's Cedar Rapids flood, will repair 80 to 120 cracks at their Davenport shop.
