Ohio Officer to Face Death Penalty in Pregnant Girlfriend Murder
Prosecutors in Canton, Ohio say they will seek the death penalty against police officer Bobby Cutts Jr. for the June death of Jessie Davis. They also seek to admit statements from the couple’s 2-year-old son Blake, who described violence in the home, at trial as part of the aggravated murder charges including death of Davis, termination of pregnancy, and the unborn child.
