Cedar Rapids man in fair condition after cement truck crash

Ray C. Unruh, 53, of 5600 Klinger St. SW, was in fair condition at St. Luke's Hospital after a loaded cement truck rolled on Blairs Ferry Road NE when a tire blew near Milburn Road. He was rescued by a bystander and transported by emergency responders. the Springville Ready Mix truck was a total loss.
