FBI widens probe of VA deaths in Michigan hospital

FBI has intensified its probe into at least eight patient deaths and 33 attempted murders at the Veterans Administration hospital in Ann Arbor. Traces of Pavulon were found in one survivor’s urine and investigators report 41 respiratory arrests since July 28 as murder or attempted murder. Doctors note the case is highly complex with no clear motive or pattern yet.

Windshield kicked out in Jerry's Back Room parking lot

Two men report their car windshield was broken by two youths at Jerry's Back Room on 700 First Avenue West. Raymond Fritz and Timothy McLaud told police the youths swore at them, attacked, and kicked the windshield before fleeing in a car at about 7:50 p.m. Friday.
