GM dumps pollution liabilities in bankruptcy exit
Environmental liabilities tied to GM's old entities total about 530 million dollars remain with the old GM as the company emerges as a new entity with 1.2 billion to wind down. States warn cleanups may be underfunded with sites from New York Ohio Indiana and Colorado cited including a large 270 acre St Lawrence River site in Massena New York that could cost up to 225 million dollars.

Southwest to offer onboard Wi Fi on all planes
Southwest Airlines plans to roll out in flight Internet access on all aircraft via Row 44 in Q1 2010. The service has been tested on a 1¢ aircraft since February 2009 with customer use including email and streaming video, and price points will continue to be tested through 2009.
