Tameca Sanders and her son Carloss Robinson sue Justin Means in Johnson County District Court claiming negligence after Means's Rottweiler Jake attacked 8 year old Robinson on January 4 as he walked a pit bull puppy. The dog jumped the fence and bit the boy. a witness freed him. Means pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for having a vicious dog at large and was fined 50 dollars.
