Judge limits telemedicine abortion rules in Iowa clinics

Two Men Injured in Cedar Rapids Shooting
In southwest Cedar Rapids a gunfight between two vehicles left Delmos Scott of Cedar Rapids and Patrick Richmond of Temple Texas with minor wounds. Scott had a scalp graze and Richmond a leg wound. both treated at local hospitals. Police seek tips as the 66th city shooting this year.
