Sewer workers overcome by gas at city tunnel site
Three Hennessey Construction employees were treated for carbon monoxide poisoning after inhaling exhaust in an underground sewer tunnel in the 500 block of 16th Street NE. William Deutmeyer and colleagues were found dizzy and were helped by area responders. Deutmeyer remained hospitalized in fair condition.
