Overnight Rain In Iowa Totals Up To 4 Inches

Transamerica Investment Group of Tulsa announced plans to build a 20 story commercial office building on a 42 000 square foot urban renewal parcel across First Street SE from the city Parkade in Cedar Rapids. The $358 050 bid exceeds the $336 000 minimum and covers three parking levels with office space from the fifth floor upward and a top level private club. Construction is slated to begin this year pending clearances from urban renewal authorities and HUD.
