Grant Wood Will Not Alter Handicapped Services
Myron Rodee of the Grant Wood Area Education Agency says no plans to suspend services for handicapped students in private schools. Public Law 94-142 governs such education under least restrictive settings, allowing agency provision in private settings. He notes other AEAs vary in interpretation and some refuse private-school visits, but Grant Wood will maintain policy until challenged.
