Faces Charge Of Reckless Driving After 3-Car Crash
F. L. Diserens, 50, of 132 Twenty-first Street NE, arrested on a reckless driving charge after a three car crash early Friday at Eighth Avenue and Seventh Street SE. He appeared in police court but did not enter a plea as the case was continued until next Tuesday. Mattie Fisk, 315 K Avenue NW, was driving south on Seventh Street when her car collided with Diserens’ westbound vehicle, pushing his car into a parked machine owned by James Tilson, 1213 Second Street SE. Tilson suffered a bruised left hand. Fisk had a bump on the head. Diserens sustained cuts to hands and face.
