Denny Bell a 12 year old son of Mr and Mrs Audrey Bell of 223 Eighth street NE Cedar Rapids was electrocuted at 325 pm Thursday after falling from an abandoned elevator building adjoining the Iowa Electric Light and Power company powerhouse and grabbing a 13000 volt high line. Leo Oswald 1931 Mount Vernon avenue SE surged into the plant to cut the current within a minute as Bell slumped over the wall. Coroner R A Vorpahl ruled accidental electrocution with no inquest.
