Prospect Meadows faces headwinds after opening year

USDA awards $2.2 billion to minority farmers in delta states
The USDA issued over 2.2 billion dollars to more than 43,000 farmers nationwide, with the bulk going to Mississippi River delta states including 1,265 in Louisiana, 13,000 in Mississippi, and 11,000 in Alabama. Iowa active registered voters remain below 2022 election counts after a 2021 law converted nonvoting voters to inactive status.
