Steven Kelsey Foster 28 of Golfview Trailer Court is jailed on 6000 bond on two counts of domestic assault causing injury false imprisonment assault with a dangerous weapon and indecent contact with a child. He allegedly refused to let his wife and two minor stepchildren leave their residence 11 p.m. Thursday to 2 a.m. Friday and showed a loaded gun tearing up the trailer while threatening the mother and a stepdaughter. An Aug. 27 preliminary hearing was set.
