Davenport man given five year suspended embezzlement sentence
Roscoe Hynes, 20, of Davenport pled guilty to embezzlement of mortgaged property and received a five year suspended sentence in the Anamosa men's reformatory by Judge Floyd Philbrick. Injury Report After Bicycle Collision In Southwest
