Terzo Extradition Hearing Set in New York City by Telegram
Vincent Cerame Terzo, 43, of Chicago, wanted on a 1922 arson fraud indictment, is scheduled for extradition hearing Monday in New York City. A deputy sheriff telegramed County Attorney Thompson requesting an immediate witness for identification and noted Terzo's bond raised to 25000 dollars. Terzo fled bonds in 1921 and again in Chicago on March 31 as officers prepared to return him here. A historical note recalls that disease caused far more deaths than Spanish bullets during the Spanish American War.
