Pratt family keeps Iowa Butter Cow tradition alive
Sarah Pratt, mentored by Norma Lyon, prepares to pass the Butter Cow mantle to her twin daughters Grace and Hannah at the Iowa State Fair. The Pratts balance art and education while expanding duties to Illinois, Kansas, and Reno Rodeo. The Tonight Show tributes and portraits of Jimmy Fallon, Steve Higgins, and Johnny Carson anchor a lineage blending heritage with fresh collaboration.
