Christopher A. Mateus, 31, tied to meth charges and jailed on 50 000 bail after police found an active meth lab at a Taco Bell. Terracon detected elevated meth residue in four of ten sites. subsequent tests show residue below EPA-recommended levels. Iowa CTS Cleaners spent two days decontaminating the restaurant while authorities investigated.
