Coralville Man Charged In Hit And Run Injury
A Coralville man identified as 21-year-old Misael Martinez Mendiola is charged after a hit and run that left a man with a broken lower right leg. Police say he backed over the victim in a parking lot at 401 Sixth Avenue and fled. a witness who knows him identified the driver. Martinez Mendiola faces one count of leaving the scene of an injury accident.
