City weighs Ellis Park performance pavilion plan
A Cedar Rapids subcommittee revisits a 61 year old Ellis Park idea to build a performance pavilion across from Manhattan Pavilion. The City Council may fund design work with 3000 from the band commission to OPN Architects while donations or a tax levy could cover most costs.
