An alcohol plant planned on Lisbon outskirts requires Eastern Iowa farmers mainly in Linn and Cedar counties to commit four million bushels of corn in 1983. A meeting with LeRoy Deichman, planner, is set for 7 p.m. Monday at Lisbon School to discuss the pledge.
