Charles E. Kelly the Medal of Honor winner from Pittsburgh was confined to camp for 90 days and fined 90 dollars after overstaying a furlough. The court martial also ordered a 15 dollar monthly pay cut for six months. Kelly testified delays by worshippers delayed his return. He asked if he could go to the movies and was told yes.
