In St Albans, B&B Auto Bath charges 15 dollars per wash, about triple the local rate. The service features female workers in G strings washing cars, aimed at male clientele. Open a week, it averages 30 cars daily, says acting manager Audra Masiarczyk, who notes the business is legal and framed as playful entertainment.

Landlord Roger Johnson cites chronic complaints and frequent calls to authorities as grounds for eviction. Larson notes the action follows his report of a malfunctioning smoke alarm and says the move reflects tenants fearing retaliation for raising issues.
