Townsfolk aghast as fake doctor is jailed in South Carolina
Patches Kalb a 33 year old woman posed as a Cambridge educated doctor and opened a low cost clinic in Hemingway South Carolina. She recruited staff and treated patients while dispensing drugs without a license and using Medicaid numbers. Both Kalb and her companion Ed Kalb are jailed on 150000 bond.
