Iowa Democrats send diverse 57 delegates to Los Angeles
Iowa will send 57 delegates and eight alternates to the Democratic National Convention in Los Angeles. The delegation is gender balanced and includes five African Americans, two Hispanic Americans, two American Indians, one Asian American and two gay Iowans.
