At the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines a mix of politics and agriculture captures attention. Steve King, a long serving congressman, comments on Hillary Clinton while supporting Donald Trump. Visitors watch chicks hatch, tour University of Iowa trophies, and explore the $300 million US Children's Hospital exhibit. The fair features local brews, food contests, a horse show, and family activities with rides and text alert updates.
