A South Dakota farm wife, Herke of Howard, won the 1981 National Chicken Cooking Contest first prize of 10000 in Ocean City Maryland. Her Impossi ble Chicken Pie features chopped chicken Mozzarella tomato paste basil and oregano baked into a deep dish pie.
