A drunken driving charge against Michael G. Risk 21 of Marion was dismissed in Linn District Court misdemeanor division after he pleaded guilty to other charges. Two assault causing bodily injury counts against Dale W. Erickson Jr. 18 and David E. Snyder 39 were also dismissed.
